About Her
I retired from teaching 3 years ago. I live in my own home...paid up! My new profile pic was taken two days ago on my birthday.😊
I am quite tolerant, but cannot stand prejudice or racism, and will speak up against it. I love nature, the quiet side of life, soft music eg classical / light jazz, gospel, old songs from Abba etc, love reading, walks, theatre, cooking. I enjoy a glass of red or white wine now and then.I am friendly and easy to talk to, with a good sense of humour! I love my home...but the pandemic has prevented that social contact with other adults...except via cyberspace.🤦🏽♀️ I am quite spontaneous, without being reckless! I believe that it is the inner person that matters...the eyes usually act as "the mirror to the soul"! I strive to maintain a strong relationship with God, without being a fundamentalist!
I prefer doing aerobics, and try to eat healthily, with lots of fruit and veggies. I have travelled overseas before, but would love to travel to a few countries in Europe...Covid willing and God willing.🙏🏼 I am quite affectionate, passionate and have strong views on certain issues, but a good listener. I did a course on Conflict Resolution, which helps alot with my interaction with others.
