I am an active older man, doing my fair share of daily exercise and an active participant in the park run franchise. I am a rather creative person with an active imagination. Have been told I have a soft heart but can be rather obstinate when the mood strikes me.Have found that I have mellowed with age and hopefully gained a bit of wisdom.
